When will I receive my order?

After hitting “place order” – your order is placed. Orders are processed within 24 hours in the order they are received. Orders are processed and shipped out Monday through Saturday only. Generally, customers receive their order in 7 business days or less depending where you are in the country. During Nov-Dec, processing, shipping and delivery times may be longer due to higher volume of orders, poor weather, and delays by the post office. If, by chance, you have ordered an item that is out of stock, we will contact you immediately.

Do you accept cancellations or refunds?

Our goal is to turn frowns upside down! We are happy to replace your item for free if it arrives damaged, the printing is defective, or if you receive the wrong item. We do require photos of damaged or defective products before we can send a replacement. We are not responsible for replacing or refunding an item(s) if you enter the wrong shipping address on your order, you entered incorrect personalization information and/or if it gets returned to sender or delivered to the address on the order.

Can you enclose gift notes with my order?

I’m sorry but I cannot enclose gift notes with orders. Also, whether or not an order is marked as a gift, we never include the price on the packing slip.

Is there a guarantee that I will receive my item by a certain date?

Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee delivery on or before a date that you request when you choose regular or standard shipping. The range of delivery dates on your invoice are ESTIMATED dates and may change depending upon what point we are at in the processing time. Also, due to the unpredictability of the post office, busier holiday seasons, weather, and other factors such as shortage of staff or out of stock products, I simply cannot promise something that is out of my control.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow your gift’s hilarious journey right to your door.

Can I send gifts directly to the recipient?

Yes! Absolutely, we’re pros at playing Cupid with gifts! Enter the recipient’s address at checkout, and we’ll make sure it lands directly in their hands, complete with all the giggles.
