Once you submit your order we will email you to confirm your order and ask any questions we might have on your custom text. This will also be the email to send over your personal image and/or business company logo that you would like, before we email you over a proof of your order. When emailing your image and/or your business company logo we ask that you attach it to the email as the largest and highest quality version of your image/logo that you have to ensure the best quality print on your journal. File types include: JPG, PNG, PDF & SVG. We will email you a proof 1-2 business days after the order is submitted. The proof will be sent through Etsy so please be sure to log back in and check your messages.
Once the proof has been approved, by you, it will take 2-4 days for the journal to be printed and bound. You will be emailed your tracking number as soon as your journal ships out.
