Product Detail:

Material – High-quality brass pendants – one plated with palladium rhodium and decorated with glass crystals and the other plated with 18K rose gold. Each custom heart necklace comes with an 18″-22″ adjustable chain made of durable stainless steel that features a lobster clasp attachment. All pendants are tarnish-resistant for a brilliant and enduring shine.

Lobster Clasp Closure – Convenient and sturdy lobster clasp closure for keeping your necklace secure.

Customizable Paper Message Card – Each box is decorated with a charming message card, which can be customized from both sides.

Brown PU Leather Box – Both the inside and outside of the soft brown leather box are made from PU leather.

LED Box – The luxury LED box is made from glossy glulam wood and features PU leather on the inside. This box also comes with a built-in LED light that comes on automatically upon opening. The battery is not replaceable.

Textured Magnetic Box – The two-tone textured magnetic box is made of paper and features velvet and sponge materials on the inside.

Care Instructions – Wipe off any dust or dirt using a dry and clean cloth. Do not store your item in a humid environment.

**Since everything in my store is custom made, some items take a bit longer to make than others. The production times can be LONGER DURING HOLIDAY SEASONS such as New Years Day, Valentines Day, Memorial Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas.

📫SHIPPING ADDRESS
*Information cannot be changed after you order, so please double check that you put in the correct shipping address. We will ship it to the address on your order. We are not responsible for replacements or refunds if you put the wrong address on an order.

📅SHIP BY DATE
**Items leave the facility by the "ship by" date listed on your invoice, unless we need to change the "ship by date" due to unforeseen circumstances (snowstorms or hurricanes that delay the post office from delivering, items are out of stock, printing facility temporarily shut down, etc.)

☀️CANCELLATIONS
We do not accept cancellations because our products are automatically sent to the production process of printing and then the shipping facility right after you order. We do not accept returns or exchanges, however if your item is damaged by the post office or defective in any way, please send us a picture showing such damage/defect and we will replace the item for free. We do not give refunds, but as stated we will make the order correct, if the item is damaged or defective.
