Product Detail:

Material – Made of 0.11″ (3mm) thick neoprene material, it has an anti-slip backing and stitched edges for durability and stability. official Memory Foam™ resting pad. The removable, custom-printed neoprene insert lays flat inside the recessed area of the foot-shaped mouse pad base. Due to the nature of sublimation printing, we recommend not using dark colored backgrounds or patterns as to avoid having faded color (“halo” effect) around the seams.

Anti-Slip Rubber Base– Keeps the mouse pad firmly gripped to the desk providing smooth and even surface.

Changeable Neoprene Insert – The neoprene insert can be easily removed for cleaning purposes.

Care Instructions – Use warm water and dish soap to clean spots off your pad. It’s not necessary to soak the whole pad. For hard-to-clean spots use a soft-bristled brush.

**Since everything in my store is custom made, some items take a bit longer to make than others. The production times can be LONGER DURING HOLIDAY SEASONS such as New Years Day, Valentines Day, Memorial Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas.

📫SHIPPING ADDRESS
*Information cannot be changed after you order, so please double check that you put in the correct shipping address. We will ship it to the address on your order. We are not responsible for replacements or refunds if you put the wrong address on an order.

📅SHIP BY DATE
**Items leave the facility by the "ship by" date listed on your invoice, unless we need to change the "ship by date" due to unforeseen circumstances (snowstorms or hurricanes that delay the post office from delivering, items are out of stock, printing facility temporarily shut down, etc.)

☀️CANCELLATIONS
We do not accept cancellations because our products are automatically sent to the production process of printing and then the shipping facility right after you order. We do not accept returns or exchanges, however if your item is damaged by the post office or defective in any way, please send us a picture showing such damage/defect and we will replace the item for free. We do not give refunds, but as stated we will make the order correct, if the item is damaged or defective.
