Shipping Policy

SHIPPING CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAX

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that apply. Please know we do our best to deliver products in a timely manner, however we are not responsible for any delays of the delivery due to customs.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Information cannot be changed after you order, so please double check that you put in the correct shipping address. We will ship it to the address on your order. We are not responsible for replacements or refunds if you put the wrong address on an order.

SHIP BY DATE

Items leave the facility by the ‘ship by’ date listed on your invoice, unless we need to change the “ship by date” due to unforeseen circumstances (weather conditions i.e. snowstorms, hurricanes etc. that delay the post office from delivering, also items that are out of stock, or maybe due to the printing facility temporarily shut down, etc.)

CANCELLATIONS

We do not accept cancellations because our products are automatically sent to the production process of printing and then the shipping facility right after you order. We do not accept returns or exchanges, however if your item is damaged by the post office or defective in any way, please send us a picture showing such damage/defect and we will replace the item for free. We do not give refunds, but as stated we will make the order correct, if the item is damaged or defective.
